| First, let me say that I'm moderately clueless when it comes to any type of electronics. I was looking for a camera that was an easy point and shoot without a lot of complicated features....I won't use them and I didn't want to pay for them. One of the main uses for this camera will be trying to get pictures of the dogs at the animal shelter so they can be posted on our website; that's almost as tricky as getting pictures of moving children! I originally ordered a Panasonic Lumix from another site, and while it is a perfectly nice camera, it was loaded with features and wasn't right for me. THIS little camera, however, is absolutely perfect! It takes relatively quick pics, and while it comes with a number of features, this camera is so self explanatory (it has a very easy to use photo guide right in the camera) that I didn't even have to read the book to get a basic sense of what it offers and how to use it (I will if I want a more detailed explanation). Overall, I couldn't be happier with this camera. I am not intimidated with it at all :) If you're looking for an easy to use, simple digital camera, this is the one. It might be even more awesome than I give it credit for, but since my needs are rather simplistic, I haven't explored it in depth. First impression, LOVE IT. |
